bookings and payments
Opening Times:
Appointments are available seven days a week from 8am until 8pm, by prior appointment (24 hours notice). We also run a 'same-day massage' clinic every Saturday and Sunday afternoon from 2 - 6pm for your last minute massage bookings. Please note this is not a 'walk-in' clinic as the therapist is likely to be busy with another client and will not answer the door.
Checking availability:
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice for bookings. We regret we are not able to take same day bookings apart from the Saturday and Sunday 'same-day' clinic. For all bookings, please email or call us on 07887 767 498 / 0800 357 9693 to check availability.
Payments:
Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. Payment can be made via credit/debit card over the telephone or online using credit card/debit card/PayPal account. Take me to Online Payments. We regret we cannot accept cash/cheque/card payments on the day.
Privacy Policy:
We do not store credit or debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. All payments are processed by PayPal, therefore we do not need to store any financial details.
Confirmation:
Once your appointment time has been agreed and we have received your payment you will be sent an email confirmation with details of how to find us, who your therapist will be, parking arrangements and maps of the local area and of the Royal Arsenal development. We suggest you print out the maps as it can sometimes be a little confusing to find your way in a new development!
Late Policy:
Session time booked includes the massage and time for you to get changed. Clients who arrive late for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full fee and the appointment will end at the allocated time. The best use of the remaining time will be applied.
Cancellation:
A minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required, otherwise the full treatment cost will be charged. With 24 hours notice, we will either refund your payment in full or reschedule your bookings for another date.
Consultation Forms:
Once your booking is confirmed by phone or email, please download the appropriate form for your treatment, complete it in and email it back to us prior to your treatment. The last page can be signed in person on the day.
This will allow us to find out more about you and what you would like to get from your session, so that you receive a treatment that is tailor-made specifically for you.
