gIFt vouchers

Gift vouchers make an ideal gift for a friend, colleague or loved-one to treat themselves...

Vouchers are sent out in a beautiful gift card with a personalised message of your choosing.  They are valid for 6 months from date of issue, and valid for any treatment within a given price bracket, allowing the recipient to choose when and what treatment they would like to book. 

1:  Choose value for gift voucher
View the Price List for treatment options and prices.  Please note the price of a gift voucher is the price of a standard massage + £4.50 and includes gift card, postage and packaging.

2:  Make a payment
Gift vouchers can be purchased using PayPal, credit or debit card via our website, by cheque in the post or by cash in person at our treatment rooms.  Click here to go to Online Payments.

3:  Email us
Please email us to confirm the recipient name and the address you would like the gift voucher sent to.  Would you like the gift voucher sent to you, or directly to the recipient?  If sending directly, just let us know and we can send the gift voucher with a gift card and a personal message from you. 

If we don't receive any specific instructuctions from you within 2 working days of receipt of payment, we will send out a blank gift card voucher to the address provided on your PayPal account, enabling you to fill in any message yourself.

Postage
On receipt of payment, the gift voucher will be dispatched by first class post to the specified address within 2 working days.  

Refunds
Ordered a gift voucher in error or changed your mind? That's not a problem, just let us know within 12 hours from the time on the PayPal purchase receipt and we will refund your money.  However once printed and dispatched, gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-transferable.
