Our beautiful therapy room is based in the historic Royal Arsenal Riverside development in Woolwich.  The room is kept wonderfully warm for your comfort during treatments and features exposed brickwork and wooden beams, topped off with great smelling aromatherapy oils and relaxing music, it is the perfect environment to let your cares drift away...

We offer a wide range of rejuvenating massage treatments designed to combat the stresses and strains of daily life.  In addition, we also offer a range of complementary therapies including natural and organic facials, reflexology and reiki.
