BEAUTY WORKSHOPS
Run by experienced trainer, Rhian Thomas, our beauty courses are held in the beautifal venue at The Bodyworkshop, Royal Arsenal Riverside.
We give our learners the highest level of individual attention as our classes only consist of six-eight people at a time. Our workshops are for not only qualified therapists but beginners also. Our workshops are the perfect solution for people who do not have the time to attend full time courses to gain the same qualification.
The courses are recognised and accredited by the leading professional bodies in the beauty, massge and holistic industry making them insurable for professional use.
Rhian's courses are run in conjunction with Gateway Workshops, one of the largest and busiest, long standing training schools in the UK.
Couture Food Hall at the Royal Arsenal is a boutique cafe and delicatessen specialising in locally-sourced, artisan products.
The store has a relaxed seating area for customers to chill-out with a coffee whilst reading the papers and has a delicious range of cakes, muffins and brownies to tempt you. Healthy options are also available to eat-in or take-away including sandwiches, toasted paninis, salads and freshly-made soup.
The delicatessen stocks a wide range of handmade ready meals, organic bread and specialist olive oils as well as high-end groceries, fine wines, real ales and speciality lagers, cheeses & cured meats plus fresh fruit & vegetables.

Mother and Bump Massage provides specialised pregnancy massage treatments to clients in the comfort of their own home. As Natelie is highly trained and experienced she is uniquely able to carry out massage in the first trimester, as well as second and third trimester.
Natelie's treatments work on the physical body, helping to relieve tired and aching muscles, and also help to support the emotional wellbeing of the Mother. In addition she also works with 'Dad's-to-be' and can offer a range of massages including Deep tissue, Swedish, Indian Head Massage and Reiki.
She is a certified Pregnancy/Baby Massage instructor and is fully insured and CRB checked.

Bandhana has been practising yoga for 11 years, and has been teaching for over two years. Her classes are based on Hatha yoga, combining flow, dynamic and gentle yoga.
Bandhana’s teaching style is to encourage her students to create a yoga practise that is built around their individual needs, using breath awareness to invite flexibility, strength, confidence and balance on and off the mat.
