We are delighted to rent our the space to other practitioners and promote a strong cross-referral ethos between therapists. 

We can offer you a light, spacious and beautifully decorated treatment room in the historic Royal Arsenal Riverside development.

Vision:
Owned by registered dietitian and massage therapist, our vision is to provide a complete health, nutrition, fitness and well-being package for residents of the Royal Arsenal and surrounding areas. 
 
Facilities:
We are in a prime location close to the town centre, with excellent rail/DLR links.  There is a large pay and display car park around 5 minutes walk from the treatment room. 
 
The facilities include a concierge/reception area, kitchen, bathroom with lockers and shower facilities and laminate flooring for easy cleaning.  The treatment room is brand new, purpose built and includes a wash basin, hydraulic couch, consulting area with 3 chairs, well located power sockets for laptop and Wi-Fi connection.   The room dimensions are 14.9 square meters.

Suitability:
The treatment room would be ideal for manual therapists such as a physiotherapist, chiropractor or osteopath.  The light and airy space also lends itself particularly well to talking therapies such as life coaching, counselling, psychotherapy, or EFT.  To avoid competition between therapists, we do not rent the space to practitioners with therapies we already offer including massage and nutrition.

Rates:
The rental rates include service charges, electricity, heating, couch roll and massage oil (if applicable).  Minimum 3 months rental contract and 1 month notice period.  This will suit an established therapist who can commit to weekly rental. 
 
Available time slots and rates:
Regular weekly session (s) are available Monday to Friday and comprise of four consecutive working hours.  The cost is £60/session based on £15/hour.  Sessions are as follows:
 
Morning session
8:30 – 12:30

Afternoon session
13:00 – 17:00

Evening session
17:30 – 21:30

Advertising:
Included in the rate is on-site advertising (e.g. flyers at the concierge) and the opportunity to share advertising costs of regular flyer drops within this exclusive development.  All therapists will have a dedicated page on our website, as well as inclusion within our own regular advertising package (email and website).
